Registered for my second semester.

Nose ring is out :(
In preparation for my heart surgery on Wednesday. They are gonna be sticking tubes like down my throat so i had to get it out so they could access my airways. I’m really nervous. I spent the last 3 out of 4 days with my boyfriend. I love him so much, more and more every day. Tomorrow I get to go to school… joy. I spent all day in my bed watching adventure time today.
